Change of address - how much notice should I provide?

From receipt of your address change instructions, it can take up to 21 days before copies are delivered to the new address. We update our records within 2 days, however the magazine mailing labels are printed 7 days in advance of the cover date.

If you wish to change the country to which your magazine is delivered please contact Customer Services.

You have two packages to choose from:

Complete Package - Tablet, Digital & Print

Print magazine is delivered via the postal service

Digital version of the magazine is delivered by email on Monday

Tablet, an interactive replica of the print magazine is available to download on your iPad on Monday

Delivery – how do I change how my magazine is delivered / subscribe to a different package?

ICIS Chemical Business is available in print (delivered by the post), digital or on tablet (currently iPad only).

Existing subscribers: To add tablet or digital to your existing ICIS Chemical Business print subscription at no extra charge – all you have to do is supply us with your email address. Contact Customer Services or to remove Print from your subscription, contact Customer Services.

Delivery - when will I receive my first issue?

Print: Please allow 28 days for delivery of your first issue.

Digital: Please allow up to 14 days to receive your first issue by email.

Tablet: Instant access, please be aware that the email address you provide will be required when you login to ICIS Chemical Business iPad app. If you change your email address it will change your login details for the app within 72 hours.

Existing Subscribers: As soon as you supply us with your email address you will get instant access to the ipad app.

Delivery: What are the delivery times?

Print: ICIS Chemical Business is printed and distributed on Friday. The delivery times are based on the distribution network for individual countries

Digital: The digital issue of ICIS Chemical Business is emailed to you on Monday.

Tablet: The ipad app will be available to download on Monday.

Delivery - I am an existing print subscriber but do not receive the digital/tablet issue?

If you are not receiving the digital or tablet edition of ICIS Chemical Business and are a print subscriber simply call us with your email address and you will start receiving it via your preferred platform.

Delivery - who do I contact if my issue does not arrive?

For Print - If your magazine is not delivered it is possible to claim a replacement for the current issue or request an extension to your subscription. Unfortunately it is not possible to claim for issues other than the current issue. Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select Missing Issue from the menu bar. For help contact Customer Services.

For Digital - If you do not receive a digital edition please Log in to My Account and check that your subscription has not expired. If your subscription is active please contact Customer Services and we will send you the link to the missing digital edition. Please note we will not be able to send you a link to a digital edition more than 2 months old.

For Tablet - All tablet editions within your subscription period are downloaded to the ICIS Chemical Business app on your iPad. Launch the app and locate the issue you want to read. If the issue does not appear go to My Account and check your subscription is active and has not lapsed. Make sure your iPad is connected to a WiFi network or if possible to a 3G network. If you’re still having problems contact Customer Services.

Digital Package – what is the digital package of ICIS Chemical Business?

When you subscribe to Digital & Tablet package you will receive:

Digital: An email will be sent every Monday with a link to the latest issue of ICIS Chemical Business.

Tablet: Every Monday, the issue will automatically be delivered to your ipad.

Digital - Which version of Adobe flash player does it require?

ICIS Chemical Business digital edition requires the latest version of Adobe flash player 11.8.800.94

Expiry date - when will my subscription end?

You can view your account details under the My Details section of this site. Alternatively contact Customer Services.

Missed issue - how do I claim it?

If you have missed an issue please contact Customer Services. We will try to replace any missed issue if notified within three months.

Password - Why do I need a password?

We have added a secure login to protect your details. To access your details in MyAccount, you will need to log in using your subscriber number, your email address and a password of your choice.

Password - How do I set up a password for “My Account” access?

To register your password, go here. You will then be sent an email with in instructions and a link to active your password. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. You must active your password before you can log in. If the password is not activated within 7 days, please register it again.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

You can set up a new password here. You will then be emailed a temporary password with a link and instructions on how to reset it. You must use the reset link within 7 days. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to rest your password.

Why can’t I log in?

If you have attempted to log in unsuccessfully 10 times or more, your account will be locked for 24 hours. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to reset your password. Promotional subscription rates

We value the support of our loyal readers and do not wish to offend them by promoting special rates to new customers. From time to time we do this to encourage casual readers to trial a subscription and to join our growing readership. The rates are valid for a limited time only and revert to the normal subscription price on renewal.

Renew – how do I renew my subscription?

Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select Renew from the menu bar to renew your subscription. For help contact Customer Services.

Renewals - What is ‘Instant Renewal’?

‘Instant Renewal’ is the fastest and easiest way to renew your subscription safely and securely online, with a single click. ‘Instant Renewal’ was automatically enabled after you made the last payment for your journal and means that your renewal payment will be automatically charged to the last card you used, if that card is still valid. If necessary, you can change the card at the point of payment. No more re-entering card details every time you renew.

Renewals - How secure is ‘Instant Renewal’?

Extremely secure. You have to be logged in to My Account to use ‘Instant Renewal’ and your card details are stored in a secure manner to ensure you are protected against online fraud. As an added safety measure, remember to log out of My Account when you are finished.

Reprints

Tablet, Digital & Print versions – what is the difference?

Tablet: The tablet edition allows you to view your weekly issue of ICIS Chemical Business on your ipad every Monday. Once you have downloaded the app you can read it offline anywhere – no need for WiFi connection. You can also start to build your library of back issues.

Digital: When you subscribe to digital you will receive an email every Monday with a link to the latest issue of ICIS Chemical Business to read on your PC or Mac. When you click on the email, you will be asked to login with your email and password and then you will have access to the magazine where you can read all the great content with a page turn functionality, search and zoom, download as a pdf.

Print: When you subscribe to Print, your weekly issue of ICIS Chemical Business will be delivered by the postal service.

Tablet – what devices does it work on?

ICIS Chemical Business tablet edition is currently available for iPad only. We are planning to launch other devices in the near future.

Tablet version – how do I activate my subscription?

a) Purchased your ipad subscription through ICIS Chemical Business
Follow these five simple steps to start your subscription:
1. Download the ICIS Chemical Business app from the App Store
2. Launch the app located on your device
3. Tap 'Log In' button located on the top left hand corner
4. Enter your account details:
Username - your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID)
Passwords: Existing subscriber: your subscriber number

New Subscriber: your web order reference number sent with your email confirmation. This is valid for a limited time, you will need to re-sign once you receive your subscriber number.
5. Download the issue you wish to read

b) Purchased your ipad subscription through App Store
If you purchased your ipad subscription through the App Store:
Use your Apple ID and password - Visit http://store.apple.com/uk/help/your_account

Tablet Version– what is my username and password for Tablet (iPad) version?

If you purchased your ipad subscription online with ICIS Chemical Business:
Username: your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID)
Passwords: Existing subscriber: your subscriber number
New Subscriber: your web order reference number sent with your email confirmation. This is valid for a limited time, you will need to re-sign once you receive your subscriber number.
If you purchased your ipad subscription by phone or by post with ICIS Chemical Business:
Username: your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID).
You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming your subscriber number. Please ensure you provide your email address to our customer service telephone team or include it on your order by post.
If you purchased your tablet subscription through the App Store:

Use your Apple ID and password. Visit http://store.apple.com/uk/help/your_account

Tablet version – problems with links and downloads

Double check you have an active internet connection and ensure you have the latest operation system (iOS5) as this could affect the performance on your tablet. You can download the latest version from iTunes. For more information, visit the Apple Support page or the App Store FAQ page.
